Bangladesh 'A' team to ease the series equality |
Bangladesh 'A' team was saved from the loss of series by losing the Afghanistan A team by 42 runs in the last match. The series ended in a 2-2 tie.
Bangladesh 'A' team faced severe criticism for losing ODI series to Afghanistan. In the end, Imrul Kayes' team has survived the series loss. Bangladesh's second national team finished the series 2-2 after defeating the Afghans by 32 runs in the fifth and last match of the series. One ODI of the series, however, was rained out in the rain.
Naeem Sheikh's century in the BKSP, Bangladesh 'A', batted first in the wicket. The score is not evil. But the Afghans had bad luck with the batting-power. Naeem and Afif Hossain led Bangladesh to a challenging score after losing the toss. In the fourth wicket they added two runs. Although Afif stopped at 5, Naeem played a big innings before he was run out. This is his fourth century on List 'A'. But without these two, the bad side of the batting has come out.
